Relaxation & Deep Rest

Guided rest, soft sound, breathwork or quiet stillness (depending on the facilitator). It’s not sleep — it’s deeper. A nervous system exhale.

4. See What’s True for You
Vision & Intention Setting

Creative tools like vision boards, journaling prompts or soul cards help shape what you’re feeling. Nothing heavy — just clarity rising naturally.
