Whether you’re looking for a system reboot (pun intended), mental clarity, or simply some peace — our Tech Detox Retreat offers a refreshing break from the buzz of screens and digital overload. It’s no secret that excessive use of technology has been linked to mental health issues such as anxiety and burnout.

In fact, recent studies suggest that frequent technology use can significantly impact brain functions and behaviour; playing into symptoms such as insomnia, impaired emotional/social intelligence, social isolation and stress. Like most things, balance is key, and simply put: too much tech can be an issue.

This retreat allows you to disconnect from technology, and reconnect with yourself in a peaceful, distraction-free environment. Through tailored group activities, neuro-relaxation techniques, all-levels yoga, and rhythmic meditation exercises; you’ll find a renewed sense of balance, connection and wellbeing. It’s the perfect escape to reset and recharge.

Day 1 - Arrival

Arrive at our retreat location. Settle in, enjoy a cup of tea and meet fellow retreaters. Hand in your electronic devices for safekeeping.
