Science-Informed. Deeply Human. Practically Useful.

Facilitated by Peter A. Smith — master facilitator, coach, and learning designer with 25 years of global practice — the program draws on neuroscience, systems thinking, somatic awareness, and embodied intelligence to create real, lasting behavioural change. The programme is structured around three core pillars, each building on the last, designed so that by Thursday you are not just carrying new ideas — you are living a different way of leading.

Three Core Pillars

01. Sense-Making – Navigate uncertainty without cognitive overload. Distinguish signal from noise. Shift from reactivity to clear, considered response.

02. Systems Thinking – See patterns across personal, organisational, and relational systems. Map complexity. Find the leverage point that changes everything.

03. Emotional Agility – Develop literacy in your emotional states. Regulate your nervous system. Bring body intelligence into your leadership and communication.

This isn't about time out. It's about going back different.

Four days can change how you see yourself, your work, and the way you lead. These are the practical tools, insights, and relationships you’ll take home to help the transformation continue long after the retreat ends.

  • Your Nervous-System Reset

A simple, daily regulation practice designed for your life, not a meditation studio.

  • Your Systems Map

A visual map of your primary challenge with identified leverage points and a clear next step.

  • Your Leadership Story

An authentic narrative — who you are, what you offer, why it matters.

  • 90-Day Forward Plan

A practical, values-anchored, obstacle-aware plan for the three months after the retreat.

  • An Accountability Partner

A genuine human connection committed to supporting your follow-through.

  • Post-Retreat Integration

Group Zoom check-in at 4–6 weeks to review commitments and support accountability pairs.

Meet Your Guide

Peter A. Smith

Master Facilitator · Coach · Learning Designer

Peter’s path hasn’t been a straight line — and that’s exactly what makes him the right guide for this week. He began his working life well outside the world of leadership development, moving across industries before discovering his gift for helping people see themselves and their systems more clearly. Today, Peter is a master facilitator and coach working at the intersection of neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and learning design — the place where behaviour actually changes. His global practice has taken him from community organisations and NGOs to finance, government, and the United Nations. His style blends warmth, rigour, humour, and genuine challenge. He creates psychologically safe environments where people feel willing to be honest, take risks in their thinking, and try new things — and then holds them to the change they commit to.

“I bring out the best in people: understanding human behaviour, respecting psychological safety, the neuroscience of peak performance, and ensuring a group gets what they gathered for.”
