Days 1–4 — Auroville: The City of Dawn

Morning / Afternoon
Arrive at Verite Yoga Centre

Welcome to Verite Yoga Centre — your peaceful base for the first four days. Settle in, take a breath, and begin exploring Auroville’s lush surroundings. Your days unfold with gentle morning yoga and meditation, nourishing vegetarian meals, and time to wander through the community. You may choose to meditate inside the Matrimandir (weather permitting), visit the twelve petal-shaped meditation chambers, explore the French-inspired streets of Pondicherry, or relax by the ocean and soak up the sun.

Days 5–12 — Tiruvannamalai: Awaken Vibrancy Within

MORNING / AFTERNOON
Journey to Sri Anantha Niketan Ashram

Journey to Sri Anantha Niketan Ashram — a tranquil retreat centre nestled beneath the sacred Arunachala mountain. Here, each day begins with yoga and meditation, followed by nourishing meals and immersive teachings inspired by the wisdom of Ramana Maharshi. Between sessions, you’ll have time to rest, reflect, or explore. Take a sacred walk around the holy Shiva mountain, visit Skandashram and Virupaksha Cave, or experience the ancient Fire Temple — each offering a unique sense of peace and connection. Evenings invite you to unwind, share stories, and rest deeply under the stillness of the Indian sky.

After the Retreat — What You’ll Take Home

Feel a profound sense of inner peace as you reconnect with yourself and the world around you. Leave feeling re-energised, uplifted, and inspired by the richness of India’s culture and spirituality. Carry home a renewed sense of clarity, compassion, and connection — the essence of what it means to truly thrive.
